Ringsize Guide

Determining your ring size

Vintage rings come in a variety of sizes. Because many rings are handmade, sizes can vary by as much as 0.25 millimeters. This difference is minimal, but can still make the ring fit just a little better.

At MEAU, we stick to the European size, which is the diameter of the ring.

To choose the right ring size, it is important to measure the finger you want to wear the ring on. In fact, the ring finger on your left hand, may also differ from the ring finger on your right hand.

When measuring your ring size, also keep in mind cold and heat, in hot weather the fingers may be a little thicker and with cold weather a little thinner.

Also consider the thickness of the ring. A thick ring sits over a larger area of the finger, so a thicker ring falls tighter. For a thicker ring, always choose a quarter size larger. This also applies to a very thinring, rather choose a quarter size smaller for this.

With our Ringsize Guide, you can easily measure your own size.
